Born and brought up in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Anitha has done her bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Anitha a mother, a homemaker, a yoga practitioner, has earlier worked as a  machine room coordinator and a facilitator in a computer institute, attended train the trainer program and volunteered with neurodivergent children. Also initially worked along with an author assisting in research and key information.

Her writing has drawn inspiration from life, nature, from child to adult. So, her books are an amalgamation of all the life that is absorbed and processed with the life that is within, finding a creative expression as an outpouring of the seeking, observation and intent that she had.
