Jayanayakan

A star risen from the blood-soaked soil of the Kannur district. Born on 1976 December 4, in Chakkarakkal, a small town slowly pushing its towards modernity, the author is the eldest son K P Narayanan and K K Soudhamini. The years he worked in the technology field in different cities failed to satisfy him and now he is taking a break. The numerous short stories and poems he wrote from childhood were thrown to the wind since he didn‚Äôt bother with preserving any of them. ‘Jayanayakan’ was written in 2009. Although a staunch believer in God, he has abstained from places of worship. Hence the story is dedicated here by believing in the supreme power.
