When two lovers of poetry sit in front of each other and they only have words to parody a burlesque, the architecture of their work juxtapose, tease, debate, argue in a jugalbandi – of course in a friendly way. The unheard sound of ripples becomes palpable and in order to etch that effortless leisure, we have come up with a set of twenty poems.
The mind sometimes aspires to be a pond reflecting the endless sky.
Glassy on the outside but harbouring a zillion thoughts brewing with time that records a million more memories, it is the home of stories aching to loom to the surface.
In this space the slightest wisp stirs its mirror- like countenance where concentric circles reach out towards realms of seamless dimensions, wherein thoughts morph to words and sometimes actions.
In this alchemy, poetry finds a niche for itself seeking answers to questions which are really not just questions but ponderings. The pond brims with noiseless ripples that rephrase themselves into verses, prodded by muses flitting between unspoken enunciations.
The Sound of Ripples reverberates voicing the poets and their thoughts.
