The wordís response to COVID-19 has resulted in the most rapid transformation of the workplace. Working from home has become the new normal, and we have gone from digitizing the relationship between firm and customer to digitizing the relationship between employer and employee. In the age of managing various generations of employees at the workplace including Gen-X, Millennials and Gen-Z, todayís managers require creative and innovative WFM strategies along with massive digital transformation and technological support.
