Rajendran K Pillai known as RKPillai, is a safety professional. Apart from Engineering he holds a post graduate degree in psychology. His passion is in teaching engineers and writing story books especially for children of educational and motivational values. He started his career as Safety Engineer with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, a defense organization in Bangalore, and later worked as Factory manager with Travancore Chemicals, Senior Safety Manager with Grasim Industries, etc. Later completed his prestigious OSHA trainer course from Georgia Tech Research Institute, USA. He had been HSE manager with many major Construction companies in the Middle East and also worked for US army corps of engineer’s construction projects. He had been conducting OSHA 10 and 30 hours training courses for years and had been Chief examiner for Post Diploma in Industrial safety conducted by Department of Technical Education, Govt. of Kerala for many years. He is now 79 and concentrating on teaching and writing stories based on his life experience. She has successfully cleared several National Level Examinations, including the UGC NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Adult Education in 2022 and the ARS NET in Agricultural Extension in 2023. These accomplishments reflect her depth of knowledge and expertise in her chosen fields of study. As she continues her doctoral studies, Lakshmi Muralikrishna remains committed to advancing knowledge and driving positive change in agricultural extension, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of rural communities and the empowerment of individuals through education and agricultural innovation. Dr. GP Sandeep is a distinguished scholar with a rich academic background in agricultural extension. He completed both his undergraduate and master's degrees at Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Hyderabad, where he excelled in his studies and developed a strong foundation in agricultural sciences. Subsequently, Dr. Sandeep pursued his Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension at the University of Agricultural Sciences, further deepening his expertise in this field. His exemplary performance earned him recognition, including a Senior Research Fellowship in 2020, highlighting his outstanding contributions to agricultural research. Additionally, he successfully cleared the UGC NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Adult Education in 2021, further showcasing his academic prowess and dedication to his field. Dr. Sandeep also achieved success in the ARS NET examination in 2021, specializing in agricultural extension, underscoring his comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. As he continues to advance in his career, Dr. GP Sandeep remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in agricultural extension.
