Order sources and optional advertising tracking

To understand which channels bring orders to Ziffy Bees, we can record a basic source (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram or no referral identified) and a broad channel with an order. Before checkout, this minimal record stays only in this tab’s memory for up to 30 minutes. It uses no additional cookie, local storage, visitor identifier or cross-visit profile, and excludes full referring URLs, click IDs, IP addresses and device information. It is sent only to Ziffy Bees with an existing order or custom-product draft request. A reload or new visit may lose the source. Once saved, it is retained with that order or draft under the applicable retention policy.

This internal report is separate from optional Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel/Conversions API tracking. Those services receive data only when your marketing choice permits it. Choosing Essential only does not enable those services. With permission, detailed campaign attribution may be saved for up to 30 days. A recorded order source is not proof of advertising consent, an advertising conversion or a sale caused by an ad. For privacy questions or requests about order metadata, contact our support team.
