Attention: Connect-Power-Transform

My book cover's visual designer, Srinija, inquired, 'Why CAMERA?' As I processed my visual perceptions into oral expression, she appeared convinced. Following this, my friend Avinish candidly remarked, 'To be honest, I feel only 50% of this cover page justifies the title, attention.' This prompted me to write, interpreting the book cover and questioning myself, 'What am I doing?' Am I drawing parallels between the human body and the camera's body? Am I equating the senses of the body with the senses of the camera? This inspiration led me to associate ATTENTION with CAMERA-alertness, focus, concentration, awareness-qualities that define attention. Do you also sense these attributes in a CAMERA, in its functioning? What the camera captures becomes part of its essence, reflected in its lens, and owned by the camera. Ultimately, this tool, the camera, is operated by the beholder, processed, stored, and retrieved. Moreover, the camera is relevant to our digital era, seamlessly integrated into our lives as a next- level sense, akin to a 6th or 7th sense. In the depicted scene, the flower, plant, and girl collectively symbolize the environment. The objective is to emphasize the camera's significance while portraying everything else that influences it in 'black and white.' The flower within the lens embodies attention to detail, captured and reflected in its gaze.
