Normal Person

This book was written because I wanted to let go of the past without losing it.
For years, I carried memories I couldn't leave behind, yet I was afraid of forgetting them. Writing them down became my way of preserving them — so that one day, I could return to them, remember, and let them go again.
This was never meant to be read by anyone else. It began as something deeply personal — a conversation with myself.
If these pages help even one person understand themselves a little better, feel a little less alone, find the courage to let go of something they've been carrying, or simply see their own life a little differently — then sharing this story will have been worth it.
P.S. — I don't use social media much, so at least now I'll have something to show future generations and pretend I was cool.
